Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has filed a status report pointing out that the said respondent has already initiated action against the properties referred to in the petition. She further states that the respondents will take further action in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.
It may also be noted, at this stage, that vide order dated 03.04.2018, the petitioner was directed to file an affidavit stating therein that his property was in conformity with the building byelaws. The said affidavit has not been filed till date and it is thus, evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition, which is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
