The prayer made in the instant petition is wholly misconceived. Even otherwise, the order which is impugned herein is dated 22.05.2025 which is extracted as under:

"ORDER Heard learned Counsel for the Decree Holder.

Vide order dated 21.11.2024, the order by us is with respect to simple interest @ 9% which as per learned Counsel has already been paid. Therefore, this Execution Application has oecome infructuous. Execution Application/ No.117 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous accordingly."

Once the execution petition has been fully satisfied there is no reason to entertain the instant petition.
