% 26.07.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is agreed that one opportunity and only one opportunity may be given to the appellant/defendant No. 2 to cross-examine the plaintiff and the defendant No.1. For this purpose, we direct that the plaintiff as well as the defendant No.1 shall present themselves for being cross-examined by the appellant on 12.08.2016 before the concerned Joint Registrar. No further opportunity would be granted. This is without prejudice to the arguments which have been advanced on the part of the parties.

The appeal stands disposed of.
