The present petition as been filed seeking following relief: "(a) direct the respondents to decide representation dated 07.04.2025 which was duly received by the office of the respondents no.1 to 3 on 17.04.2025, and to comply with order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 1994/2025 titled as Bhagwat Prasad Vs. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that earlier petitioner had filed W.P.(C) 12104/2024 alleging illegal encroachment on the government land/street situated at main JaitpurBadarpur Road, Molarband in front of property bearing No.2-C, Gali No.14, Molarband Extension, Badarpur, New Delhi.

The said petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2024 granting liberty to petitioner to agitate his grievance before the respective authorities, who were directed to look into the same, in accordance with law.

Mr. Mishra submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 02.09.2024, petitioner made a representation dated 17.09.2024 to the concerned authorities, however, no action on the said representation has been taken by the authorities till date.

He only prays for a limited direction to respondents to dispose of the representation of petitioner in a time-bound manner. 8.

In view of the above, issue notice.

Mr. Gaganmeet Singh Sachdeva, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 accepts notice. Likewise, Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3, as well as, Mr. Siddhant Nath, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 also accept notice.

Learned counsels for the respondents submit that they have no objection in case, direction as sought is given. 11.
