The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayers: - "A. Issue a writ of certiorari, mandamus or any other suitable writ for complete restoration of petitioner's access to his google account namely sanjeevnewar@gmail.com , Data and other services and products of Respondent No. 2 & 3, including but not limited to, YouTube, Google Drive, Google Photos , Google Meet, Google Pay related or associated with the said account B. Issue a writ of mandamus to direct the Respondent No. 1 to frame and issue proper guidelines or policy to regulate the similar matters and for effective redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. AND C. Issue a direction to grant appropriate compensation and legal cost to be paid by the Respondent No2 & 3 to the Petitioner." 2.
