The petitioners in the instant petition pray for the following reliefs:- "i. To grant an extension of time under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the Ld. Arbitrator to conclude the hearing and pass an award in the present arbitral proceedings being 'KKH Finvest Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. v Sharad Arora & Ors.'; ii. Any such further and other order/reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may deem fit.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and with their consent, the Court deems it appropriate to extend the mandate to the Ld. Arbitrator.
