Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for quashing of Summoning Order dated 13.02.2025 passed by Ld. Judicial Magistrate in Complaint Case No. 5538/2024 under Section 138 NI Act.

The Order impugned is that of the Ld. JMFC, where there is an equitable remedy is available by way of Revision before the Ld. ASJ. 3.

The present Petition alongwith pending Applications, is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum.
