The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that the Passport Authority is not taking any steps for revoking or cancelling of the travel documents of Respondent No. 2, even though he has been declared as a proclaimed offender and is absconding. 2.

The learned counsel for the Union of India submits that the present petition would be treated as a representation and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
