Learned counsel for the appellant alleges that during the pendency of the present case, the appellant has lost her job on account of the conduct of the respondent and has no source of livelihood. This fact, if true, is subsequent to the passing of the impugned order dated 4th of March 2014 and was never placed before the Family Court.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw this appeal with liberty to seek maintenance afresh on all grounds including facts which have arisen subsequent to filing of the application which was decided by the impugned order dated 4th March, 2014.
