This is a criminal revision under section 438/442 BNSS impugning the order dated 26.05.2023 passed by the Ld. Family Court, in M.T. No. 399/2019.

Since the revision has been filed more than two years after passing of the impugned order, it is coupled with an application CRL. M.A. 26365/2025 under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay. 3.

After part submissions Mr. Akash Vajpai, Ld. Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition as also the pending applications stating that petitioner would challenge the question of jurisdiction of the Ld.
