% 03.03.2015 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that a direction be issued to respondent No. 1 restraining the respondent from proceeding ahead with the proposed construction of a 'Barat Ghar' at Khasra No. 618 in village Nasirpur, Kailashpuri. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have pointed out that as per the lay out plan the area has been handed over to the Government of NCT of Delhi for the purposes of OCF (Other Community Facilities). In the aforesaid circumstances the construction of a 'Barat Ghar' is in consonance with the usage of the said plot since a 'Barat Ghar' is included within the expression 'Other Community Facilities'.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is without merit and is, accordingly,
