This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking early hearing of the main petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice to the respondents.

Ms. Tripathy, learned standing counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/DDA.

For the reasons stated in the application, the present application is allowed and the next date of hearing in the main petition i.e., 17.07.2026 shall be preponed and the matter will be taken up for hearing today.

The present application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. W.P.(C) 13575/2025 6.

Mr. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the prayers in the present petition have become infructuous. However, he further states that the application of the petitioner may be considered by the respondent/DDA, in accordance with law for allotment of the ground for this year's Ramleela.

Ms. Tripathi, learned standing counsel for respondent/DDA, states that the petitioner is already late.

However, I am of the view that the petitioner is only seeking consideration of application which the respondents should do. 10.

Accordingly, the application of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with extant rules and procedures of the respondent, expeditiously.

The Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

With these directions, the present petition is disposed of. 13.
