The present petition under Section 25 (B) 5 of the DRC Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- "In view of above and contents of documents annexed, the petitioner prays to this Hon'ble Court to set aside the Order dated 09.06.2025 passed in RC ARC NO 13/2023 by The Court of Ms. Priyadarshini, LD. Senior Civil Judge cum - RC, East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi Order Dated 09.96.2025 passed by Ms. Priyadarshini, Ld. Senior Civil Judge cum Rent Controller, Karkardooma Court, Delhi and to allow the application for seeking leave to defend of the petitioner in the Interest of Justice.

Any other relief/relief''s which this Hon'ble court deems fit and Proper may kindly be passed in favor of the petitioner in the Interest of Justice,"
