The present application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending that the Police might take coercive steps against the applicant in regard to an altercation which allegedly took place with one person, namely, Mr. Mohit Rajput, on 19.06.2025. 2.

It is submitted that the applicant was assaulted by Mr. Mohit Rajput and he apprehends that he will be falsely implicated.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions, states that no FIR has been registered till date in regard to any incident in which the applicant can apprehend coercive steps.

He submits that at this stage, no action is proposed in the absence of any complaint or FIR against the applicant. 5.

applicant in accordance with law.

Considering the above, at this stage, the present application is pre-mature and is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the Court in future in case any grievance remains.
