The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent No. 1/ contemnor and punish her for deliberate and wilful disobedience of the undertaking given to this Hon'ble Court in terms of the settlement recorded before this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) 5429/2023 vide Order dated 26.07.2023;
b) Pass any such order/ orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that parties have settled their dispute by way of a supplementary settlement dated 14.11.2025 and in view of the same, decree of divorce has been granted by the learned Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts, dissolving the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. marriage between the petitioner and respondent No.1. 4.
It is pointed out that as per the MoU/settlement there are certain conditions which have to be complied with.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same, in case of breach of the terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement. 6.
Leave and liberty granted.
