The present application under Section 151 of the CPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following prayers:- "a) pass an order reviving the present contempt petition in terms of the order dated 3.9.2025;

b) pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit andproper."

The captioned contempt petition was disposed of vide order dated 03.09.2025, on the statement made by learned counsel appearing on of the respondent that the process with regard to hearing of the representation is complete and speaking order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from the said day.

The present application has been filed stating that the speaking order had neither been passed nor communicated to the petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has handed up in Court today an order dated 19.09.2025 passed by DDA, In-Situ Rehabilitation Branch, and the same is taken on record. It is submitted that the said order has been communicated to the petitioner, which is refuted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, let a copy of the aforesaid order be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. 7.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
