inquiry by initiating proceedings for contempt of court against them under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971;

c) Hold the Respondent/Contemnor guilty of contempt and punish them in accordance with the law;

d) Issue a peremptory direction to the Respondent/Contemnor to purge the contempt by complying with the directions in the order dated 03.11.2023 forthwith; and e) Pass any other or further order(s), including imposition of exemplary costs to be recovered personally from the Respondent/Contemnor, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, if available, in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 5.
