The present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 383/2015, under Sections 302/201/34 of the IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Jaitpur.

It is pointed out that in the present FIR, the case is listed for the statement of accused before the learned Trial Court. 4.
In view of the above, learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application and further seeks a direction to the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial. 5.
