The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in FIR No.18/2020 dated 10.01.2020, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing (EOW) for offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC.

Material on record indicates that the Petitioner had filed an application before the Trial Court for grant of interim bail on the ground that the mother of the Petitioner has passed away on 23.08.2024 and being the eldest son he had to attend other rituals since the cremation of the mother has already been done. When this Court made a suggestion to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that interim bail does not survive since one month has passed after the mother of the Petitioner passed away and, therefore, the appropriate course for the Petitioner would be to move an application for regular bail before the Trial Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the Trial Court by filing a regular bail application.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 5.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.
