% 29.10.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents stated before the Registrar on 25.09.2018 that since the relief of reinstatement is no longer survives, the respondent is getting in touch with the legal heirs of deceased petitioner to pay them the other consequential benefits to which the deceased had been entitled.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that whatever the consequential benefits, shall be paid within six weeks from today. Accordingly, I hereby, direct the respondents to pay the consequential benefits to which the deceased had been entitled within a period of six weeks from today.
