The present matter has been put up on office note dated 17.09.2025 wherein it is stated in para 16 of the order dated 03.09.2025, passed by this Court, that it has been, inadvertently, mentioned that FIR No.661/2023 is registered at Police Station Anand Vihar instead of New Ashok Nagar. 2.

This Court is inclined to make the necessary changes in para 16 of the aforesaid order.

Therefore, paragraph no.16 of the order dated 03.09.2025 stands modified and shall henceforth be read as under: "
