The applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 157/2023 dated 28.03.2023, registered at Police Station Prem Nagar, District Rohini, under Sections 363/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

After some arguments, Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, he seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the learned Sessions Court.

Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, assures that no unnecessary adjournments shall be sought on behalf of the prosecution before the Sessions Court. 4.
