The present appeal under Section 96 read with Section 104 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "(a) Set aside/quashed the impugned order/judgment and decree dated 22.02.2010 Passed By Sh. B.R. Kedia LD. ADJ, Central 10, Tis Hazari, Delhi in the case titled as Smt. Saroj Kumari Versus Smt. Leela Kumari Kamal.

(b) Trial Court record be summoned.

(c) Decree the Civil Suit No. 814/08/06 in favour of the appellants and against the respondents thereby award damages and compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- with 12% interest from the date of filing of the civil suit till its realization.

(d) Pass any other such order or further orders which this Honble court deem fit and proper may please also be passed." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal.
