% 14.03.2016 This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner seeking parole for a period of three months to attend the urgent medical needs of his wife who is in advance stage of pregnancy. It is submitted by Mr Rajesh Mahajan, ASC for State that this petition has become infructuous as Govt. of NCT of Delhi has already granted parole to the petitioner for a period of one month vide its order dated 09.03.2016. He has placed on record the copy of order dated 09.03.2016.

In view of these submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition.
