Pursuant to the notices, counsel for appellant, Mr. Ajay Grover, appears before the Court and undertakes that he shall comply with the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Family Court and pay Rs.8,00,000/-, which had been agreed upon as final settlement, to the petitioner/wife on or before 7th July 2025, and will also cooperate in the second motion proceedings, which shall be filed before that date. Mr. Ajay Grover is bound by the said undertaking given to this Court. 2.

It is made clear that, considering that the order was passed on 27th April 2024 by the Family Court based on a settlement between the parties, the culmination of the second motion cannot be delayed any further, and the amounts, as per the settlement, shall have to be paid up. 3.

The petition is disposed of with the said directions. 4.
