Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.
The prayer made in this public interest litigation petition is that a direction be issued to the appropriate authority to take a decision and necessary action, which may be permissible under law on the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 24.05.2025, which is addressed to the Delhi Municipal Corporation, the Special Task Force, DDA and District Magistrate concerned.

instructions has stated that the representation so made by the petitioner on 24.05.2025 was attended to by the authorities of the Special Task Force, DDA and the matter has been referred to the Delhi Municipal Corporation. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, what we find is that the proceedings instituted on the representation dated 24.05.2025 are going on, however, the same needs to be taken to some logical conclusion.

Accordingly, without entering into the merit of the claims of the respective parties, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Delhi Municipal Corporation, Special Task Force, DDA and all other authorities to conclude the proceedings instituted on the complaint/representations preferred by the petitioner on 24.05.2025, with expedition.

Any decision taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the petitioner as well and if, any permissible action is required after the said decision, the same shall also follow.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
