% 27.07.2017 I.A. No. 8443/2017 This application is moved by the parties pursuant to the settlement of disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for parties state that matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi vide a settlement agreement dated 11.04.2017. The settlement agreement has been filed on record. Learned counsels for parties submit that both the parties have undertaken to adhere to the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 11.04.2017 and shall be bound by it.

Accordingly, the suit of the plaintiff is disposed of having been compromised in terms of settlement agreement dated 11.04.2017. The terms of settlement as embodied therein shall form part of the decree. The pending application also stands disposed of. As the matter has been settled through mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of Court per Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.

Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly.
