Petitioner is defending a suit which seeks possession, arrears of rent, damages and injunction. The petitioner takes exception to the order dated 20.08.2025, whereby her request to restore her right to lead evidence has been declined.

The impugned order also records that the case is fixed for pronouncement of judgment for tomorrow i.e. 03.09.2025.

In such a peculiar situation, when the matter has been fixed for judgment, it will not be appropriate for this Court to invoke its Supervisory power under Article 227 of Constitution of India.

The grievance of the petitioner can be taken care of by observing, in case, the suit is decreed against the petitioner herein and the petitioner is compelled to file an appeal against such order, in terms of Section 105 CPC, she would be at liberty to challenge the order which is impugned herein. 5.

The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
