Through the present Petition, the Petitioner (Applicant before Debts Recovery Tribunal [„DRT‟]) seeks to set aside the order dated 01.09.2025 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Delhi, vide the impugned order, the learned DRT dismissed IA No. 2318/2025, wherein the Petitioner sought an interim relief restraining the Respondent Bank from taking physical possession of the subject property.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel representing the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, in order to file an appeal before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi ['DRAT'], against the impugned order. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications also stand closed.
