By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks directions thereby waiving of the cost of Rs.25,000/- imposed upon him vide order dated 19.02.2016. 2.

On perusal of the said order, though I do not find any irregularity and infirmity, however, considering the averments made in the instant application and submission made by counsel for the petitioner, I hereby reduce cost amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.15,000/-. 3.

In view of above, present petition is allowed. Crl. M.A. 3668/2016 Dismissed as infructuous.
