After some arguments, Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all his grounds as available in law under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as and when filed. 2.

Granting the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The withdrawal of the petition will not prejudice the case of the petitioner.
