In the present matter, notice was issued by this Court and Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/PCI had sought time to seek instructions.

He has returned with instructions to the effect that all the petitioner college in the present matter can furnish an affidavit stating that it will fulfill all the requirements as per the Regulations.

He submits that once such an affidavit is furnished by the petitioner college, its case will be considered afresh by the Executive Committee in its meeting scheduled to be held today i.e. 26.09.2025. 4.

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner college is agreeable to the aforesaid submission made by Mr. Singh. In view of the above, the impugned decision letter is set aside and the petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner institute will upload its respective affidavit giving an undertaking that it will comply with the Regulations and simultaneously send a copy of the said affidavit through e-mail to the Registrar of respondent/PCI.

In the event, such affidavit is submitted by petitioner college, the respondent/PCI in its meeting of Executive Committee, scheduled to be held today i.e. 26.09.2025, shall consider its case afresh and communicate the decision to petitioner college.

The petition along with pending application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
