The present transfer petition under Section 447 read with Section 528 BNSS and under Section 142A (2) of NI Act,1881 for transferring all the subsequent complaint cases filed by respondent arising out of Section138, NI Act having Case No., 31855/2019, 40702/2019, 4111/2020 and 7813/2020 against the petitioner in the court of learned Judge JMFC, Dwarka Court, South West District to the court of Central District, Tis Hazari Courts as the complaint case No. 4573/2019, 4574/2019 and 6658/2019 are pending in the Central District, Tis Hazari Courts.

Learned counsel for the respondent has accepted the notice and submits that she has no objection if the matters are transferred and tried by one Court of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the first complaint was filed in Central District, Tis Hazari Court, the complaint cases pending in Dwarka Courts may be transferred to the court of learned Judge, JMFC-06, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts where Case Nos. 4573/2019 and 4574/2019 are pending.

In view of the submissions made by both the parties, complaint Case No., 31855/2019, 40702/2019, 4111/2020 and 7813/2020 are withdrawn from the Court of learned Judge, JMFC, South West District, Dwarka Courts and are transferred to learned Judge, JMFC-06, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts. Complaint Case No. 66658/2019 be also transferred to the Court of learned Judge, JMFC-06, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts.

Transferor Court is directed to send the complete records in all respect to the transferee Court expeditiously and without any delay. 9.

Copy of the order be sent to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts and to learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts.

10. The petition along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
