These are writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking, amongst others, directions to the respondents to accept the respective thesis of the petitioners under concerned subject supervisors i.e., Dr. Shahana Ayyub and Dr. Subuhi Irshad and to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

forward the same to JBRS, DU for final approval; and to waive off the fine imposed on the petitioners for the late submission of their thesis and allow them to appear for final examinations. 2.

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioners are currently enrolled in their post-graduate course in Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ilmul Qabalat WA Amraze Niswan Ayurveda and Unani Tibbia College and Hospital, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. 3.

The petitioners submit that they are aggrieved by the conduct of respondent No. 7, Dr. Aysha Raza, and state that they, along with other postgraduate scholars, had lodged complaints against her; however, respondent No. 7 contends that it was the petitioners who misbehaved with her. The present petition has been filed on account of her refusal to sign the petitioners' theses, which were subsequently signed by the Co-Supervisor and the Principal/HOD and submitted to respondent No. 1, University of Delhi, but were not accepted on the ground that the Supervisor's signature was mandatory.

After some arguments, it is agreed between the petitioners and the respondent No.7 that since the respondent No.7 had supervised the petitioners for considerable period of time, the respondent No.7 shall counter-sign the thesis and the college will send it to the University immediately.

On signing of the theses, the respondent No.1 shall process them and conduct the exams for the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously and within a period of 4 weeks from today. 6.

late fee imposed by the University is hereby set aside. 7.

The matter has been settled amicably and the parties shall show adequate respect towards each other.

Since the matter has been settled amicably, the respondent college assures that there will be no action against either of the parties. 9.
