The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India inter alia seeking directions to the Respondent No.1 to clear the Petitioner's membership as well as regularise the flat number A12 in the Air India Employees CGHS Ltd in her favour. The Petition has been filed by one Mr. Neeraj Chaudhary who claims to be the power of attorney holder of the Petitioner-Mrs. Randeep Kaur.

Today, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1-Registrar of Societies, raises various doubts as to the credibility of Mr. Neeraj Chaudhary as well as his position as a power of attorney holder. 4.
Copy of a power of attorney has been attached with the petition which is claimed to be signed by the Petitioner. However it is not registered. The Court is also informed that the concerned Society also doubts the standing of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Mr. Neeraj Chaudhary, the said power of attorney holder is present in the Court and submits that he is a tenant in the flat. 6.
Under these circumstances, since there are doubts raised as to the validity of the power of attorney and the power of attorney holder's credibility, let the Petitioner herself appear before the RCS office on 24th April, 2025 at 11:30 AM. The RCS shall verify her identity, present residential address of the Petitioner, Mrs. Randeep Kaur, details regarding her membership etc., If the RCS is satisfied, then her membership shall be cleared and recommendation be sent to the DDA for allotment of the flat in her name, within a period of two months.

The petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
