On a perusal of the pleadings, it appears that the award has been reserved for its pronouncement. The parties, therefore, jointly request for extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator till its pronouncement. 2.

Under the facts of the instant case, as has been narrated in the application, the mandate of the Arbitrator is further extended for a period of two months from today. The period from the expiry of the mandate also stands regularized till date.
