This is a joint petition filed under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") seeking substitution of the Sole Arbitrator.

It is stated that the Sole Arbitrator vide a WhatsApp message dated 26.07.2025 has recused himself from the arbitration for personal reasons.

settled the matter vide Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2025. 4.
In view of the Section 30(2) of the 1996 Act, the Settlement Agreement, which is binding upon the parties interse, is recorded as an Arbitral Award and accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 5.
The parties are free to deal with their respective portions as per the Settlement Agreement.

The Settlement Agreement only binds the petitioner and the respondent and is not binding upon any third party. 7.
