Mr. Deepta Kirti Verma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already filed a civil suit [CS (COMM) 1284/2025] and vide order dated 17.12.2025, an injunction has been granted in his favour. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to raise all issues in the pending civil suit. 2.

Additionally, he submits that he be further granted liberty to pursue the remedy with respect to some of the documents before the appropriate forum and in case his grievance is not fully mitigated, he seeks liberty to agitate the issue in accordance with law.
