The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to cancel the elections of respondent no. 3 as Member-Library of respondent no. 2, i.e., Central Delhi Court Bar Association ("CDCBA"), Rouse Avenue Courts.

There is a further prayer for directions to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to strike off the name of respondent no. 3 from the roll of advocate, as the same has been obtained on the basis of forged and fabricated academic documents.

Responding to the present petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1-Bar Council of Delhi, submits that vide order dated 26th July, 2025, after a full inquiry, the complaint, as filed by the petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
