The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking directions to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") to take action against the property, i.e., F-76, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi-110016. 2.

It is submitted that despite directions passed by this Court on 4th September, 2025, no action has been taken by the MCD against the unauthorized construction.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD submits that after disposal of the present writ petition, hearing was granted The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the owner/occupier of the property in question. Further, the petitioner was also granted hearing by the MCD. Moreover, now, a demolition order dated 18th December, 2025 has been passed and the requisite action shall be taken. 4.

Accordingly, let Status Report be filed by the MCD, within a period of eight weeks, from today.
