The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition as he states that the assessment has been completed and returned income has also been accepted. He states that there are some calculation errors and seeks liberty to take recourse as available in law. 2.

Accordingly, the above captioned petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The dismissal of present petition would not preclude the petitioner from availing the remedies as available under the law. The pending application is also disposed of.
