This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Orders dated 17.09.2019 and 06.12.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal'), in O.A. No. 3728/2018 and the R.A. No. 68/2022, titled Smt. Bhagwati Valgiri Atit & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal dismissed the said O.A. filed by the petitioner herein.

The challenge raised by the petitioner is now covered by our Judgment dated 02.09.2025, passed in a batch of the petitions, including W.P.(C) 3172/2019, titled Bharti Bahuguna v.
