The present petitions have been filed seeking following identical relief:

"a. issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to quash the impugned Decision Letter dated 27.08.2025 issued by the Respondent PCI; and b. issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondent PCI to grant the extension of approval to the Petitioner Institute for its D.Pharma course for the academic session 2025-26; and" 2.

to the impugned decision dated 27.08.2025 whereby the respondent/PCI decided to re-inspect the petitioners' institutes. 3.

He submits that during the pendency of the present petitions, since reinspection has been carried out, the present petitions can be disposed of by giving a direction to the respondent/PCI to take a final decision in accordance with law.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent/PCI submits that he has no objection in case such a direction is issued. 5.

In view of the above, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent/PCI to take a final decision qua the petitioner institute in accordance with law.

The petitions stand disposed of.
