There is a remedy against the impugned order before the Appellate Tribunal - Municipal Corporation of Delhi (ATMCD). The Court, therefore, declines to entertain the instant writ petition and instead relegates the petitioner to resort to the aforesaid remedy in accordance with law. 2.

All rights and contentions are left open.

Respondent-MCD is, however, directed to stay its hand for a period of 10 days to enable the petitioner to take necessary steps. 4.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition along with pending applications stands disposed of.
