These petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A
(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 2.
Disputes between the parties in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 733/2025 arose from a Work Order dated 18.11.2017 and on a petition filed by the Petitioner under Section 11 of 1996 Act before this Court being ARB.P. 980/2022, Court appointed a Sole Arbitrator. It is stated that award has been reserved by the Arbitrator on 10.03.2025 and mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 31.07.2025.

In O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 734/2025, disputes arose in respect of Work Order dated 21.03.2017 and vide order dated 19.01.2023, Court appointed the Arbitrator. It is stated that award has been reserved by the Arbitrator on 10.03.2025 and mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 10.06.2025.

In O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 740/2025, Arbitrator was appointed by this Court on 19.01.2023 in respect of disputes emanating from Work Order dated 21.07.2017. It is stated that award has been reserved by the Arbitrator on 10.03.2025 and mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 08.06.2025. 5.
Issue notice.

Mr. Siddharth Arora, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent in all the three petitions and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of three months in the three arbitral proceedings from 08.09.2025 and the periods between 01.08.2025 to 07.09.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 733/2025; between 11.06.2025 to 07.09.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 734/2025; and between 09.06.2025 to 07.09.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 740/2025 are regularized. 8.
Petitions are allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All pending applications are also disposed of.
