The solitary grievance of the writ petitioner is a failure on the part of the respondents to process the refunds which are payable in terms of the appeal effect order which has been passed. 2.

Mr. Bhatia, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions states that the refunds shall be duly processed and released into the accounts of the writ petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.

We further provide that aforesaid refund shall be accompanied by interest which is statutorily payable.

The writ petitions stand disposed of on the above terms.
