The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
"A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order dated 12.06.2025 in Appeal no. D-1/60/2022, B. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT) to stay the operation of the order dated 12.06.2025 in Appeal no. D1/60/2022, C. Pass any other Writ/order or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary to be passed on the basis of facts and circumstances."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is restricting his prayer in the present petition with respect to the waiver of the cost of Rs. 10,000/- imposed by learned CGIT by way of the impugned order. of legal advice and in these circumstances, it is submitted that the cost as imposed by learned CGIT may be set aside.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned order was passed in the peculiar circumstances of the present case and the cost imposed by the learned CGIT is justified.

In totality of the facts and circumstances, only the directions for the cost imposed on the petitioner for Rs. 10,000/- is set aside. 6.
