On 13.12.2024, counsel for petitioner had taken time to obtain instructions. But it is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that he could not obtain instructions, though he has no serious objection if the petition is disposed of.

It appears that the petitioner challenged his arrest allegedly from Nepal. But subsequently petitioner was granted bail, so on last date adjournment was taken to obtain instructions. In the meanwhile, it is informed by learned counsel for ED that they have already filed an application seeking cancellation of bail.

Under these circumstances, the petition and the accompanying application stands disposed of.
