The petitioner sought directions to the respondents to handover original suicide note/dying declaration dated 27.11.2023 of sister of petitioner and to handover record of entire inquest proceedings. 2.

On being pointed out, the issue of confidentiality of inquest proceedings, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the civil court where the said suicide note is sought to be proved. 3.

Accordingly the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
