The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayers:
"a. Issue an appropriate writ to protect right to life and property of the petitioner against the respondents in the interest of justice.
b. Direct the respondent no. 1 to take action against the erring respondents.
c. Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper for the ends of justice." 2.

A writ petition would not lie against the Order dated 03.08.2024 and the remedy of the Petitioner would lie before the authorities constituted under the RDDB Act, 1993.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The writ petition is rejected, along with pending application(s), if any.
